Hi, I'm Lauren Pierre, LPC

Twenty years ago, I would have been called an "Eclectic" or "Integrative" therapist.  Now I would consider myself just uniquely talented in curating a therapeutic experience specially tailored for each client.  I utilize individual and group therapy via telehealth as my primary modalities. In those dynamics I will incorporate meditation, music, emotional freedom techniques, grounding strategies, somatic therapies, and a variety of CBT.
